This Rum is made at the Blanco del Valle distillery in Cali, Colombia! Ron Marques is the result of the most refined sugar cane extract, distilled with the purest water from the Andes and aged in oak barrels for 8 years, this conjunction of events gives this unique Rum an intense amber colour, a fine viscosity, an excellent depth of mature aromas and a smooth taste. Elaborated with a careful selection and mix of finest raw materials aged in oak barrels, which transmit sensory characteristics of color, rich flavor and intense aroma. Aged for a minimum of 8 years & available in 750ml. Alcohol grade 40%.

Distilled from sugar cane produced in the centre - west region of Veracruz´s state at the foot of the Sierra Madre Oriental near the coast of the Gulf of Mexico. Veracruz, Mexico; is a place recognized for its humid, tropical weather; which is the ideal climate for sugar cane plantations and spirit ageing. All the water that we use for Mocambo Rum , comes from the Citlatépetl or Pico de Orizaba (highest volcano in Mexico with an altitude of 18,871 ft or 5,730 m above the sea level) and it treated with a reverse osmosis technology.

In 1836, the three mast schooner, the “Barracuda’’ hit the reef off a remote unchartered Caribbean Island, whilst carrying a cargo of spices, tropical fruits and rums back to England. Being stranded, Captain Abraham Anderson took the crew and the cargo onto the island and set up camp. Realizing he was going to be there for some time, he renamed the island ‘’Barracuda Cay’’. After some time, Captain Anderson became tired of the flavour of the base rum, so he began experimenting by adding tropical fruits and spices from the ship, with those growing wild on Barracuda Cay. The result was an exceptionally smooth rum layered with elegant flavours. The rum in these bottles are a recreation of the original recipe from the original Barracuda aged rums.

These grapes are carefully selected to later be fermented in steel stills at controlled temperatures to achieve the best liquid that will then be distilled in our copper pot stills. The final product results in a delicious flavor you’re sure to appreciate.

Pinkerton’s Platinum Rum arose out of a desire for creating tasty drinks. The rum is a blend of sugar cane molasses, water, and yeast. Molasses is blended with water to achieve a specific sugar level, and then the yeast is added to start the fermentation. Once the fermentation is finished, it is distilled to perfection to bring you a delicious beverage that can be sipped neat, on ice, or added to your favorite mixer!

Our premium Pisco is produced in Peru under the strict supervision and care of renowned Master Distiller Guillermo Ferreyros. Pisco 100 Acholado is a unique and exceptionally sophisticated beverage. It is a clear, translucent spirit made from the fresh “wine must” of expertly blended Quebranta, Torontel and Italia grape varietals from the Ica region near the city of Ica and the port of Pisco. It requires an average of 8 kilos (18 pounds) of grapes to produce just one liter of Pisco 100. Pisco grapes are gently pressed to avoid imparting tannins into the Pisco. This is one of the many reasons that Pisco 100 boasts the distinguishing seal of Hecho a Mano (Handcrafted).

Pacharan Bibatio is a sloe-flavored liqueur commonly drunk in Navarre and the Basque Country, the Pyrenees and elsewhere in Spain. It is usually served as a digestif either chilled or on ice. Patxaran is made by soaking sloe berries, collected from the blackthorn shrub, along with a few coffee beans and a cinnamon pod in anisette. The color is an intense red, with brightness showing youth. For the nose, neither the sloes nor the alcohol scents stand out. Bibatio has a fruity bouquet with a light undertone of anise alcohol. Texture is soft and the taste sweet, through not in excess.
